What does the law say?
Spain's Real Decreto 933/2021 requires every tourist accommodation to register each guest's data and submit it to the SES Hospedajes system of the Ministry of the Interior within 24 hours.
This applies to hotels, country houses, tourist apartments and any accommodation, professional or private. Fines for non-compliance range from €100 to €30,000.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to give Hospido my digital certificate?
No. Your property is registered in the SES portal with your digital certificate. You then receive web-service access credentials. Those credentials are what we configure in Hospido. Your certificate never leaves your hands.
Can I migrate from Chekin easily?
Yes. You only need your property's SES credentials (which you already have — Chekin uses them). We help you set Hospido up and you can start using it immediately.
What if my property isn't registered with the SES?
We help with the registration process. We do the SES portal registration together with your digital certificate. One-off registration service: €100-120.
What if the guest doesn't fill in the form in time?
The control panel shows which registrations are pending. You can resend the link by WhatsApp or email with a tap. If they don't fill it in online, you can enter the data yourself from the panel.
Does it work with Booking.com and other channels?
Yes. Hospido works regardless of how the booking arrives. Booking, Airbnb, phone, WhatsApp — it doesn't matter. Every booking generates a registration link for the guest.
